*Need : Business Objects Developers with Finance ExpLocation : New York, NY (Local only)Duration : 6-12 month contractRate :$450/ Daily rate* *MUST BE LOCAL FOR A FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW* *Main Duties* Design and document the specification of the report requirement Understand the underlying data elements and relationships Use existing universe from relational database to build queries Create report templates and apply precision formatting Customize the report to make reusable in both canned and interactive Extensive use of merge dimension and variables to join data from multiple sources such as Excel etc. Able to schedule reports and set up publication using complex security rules Train and partner with other power users to promote self service reporting Liaise with business users and analysts to understand the reporting requirements and customization Able to resolve data issues and optimize the report performance with minimum guidance from Development team. Understand and follow internal SDLC model from requirements to delivery of the reports.
