*Need        :Sr. Business/Data AnalystLocation :Reston VADuration  
:8+months *
 
Collaborate with business area to understand business needs, capture 
supporting requirements and resolve issues across major releases. 
Apply analysis, visual modeling and facilitation techniques such as 
interviewing and white boarding, flow charting to elicit and capture 
information from the business area and other project stakeholders as 
needed. 
Conduct walkthroughs of requirement artifacts and communicate effectively 
with business, development and testing teams during construction phase to 
ensure clear understanding of requirements. 
Strictly following standard *Change Control process and associated use of 
CM tools.* 
Develop business requirements and project document based on from several 
different business area perspectives 
Develop supplemental business governance process documents as needed to 
produce the business deliverable 
Review the CRM Strategy document to operationalize the above process and 
produce activity schedule & project calendar 
Provide expertise in completing Process Models, Information Models and 
business requirements and ensure consistency between those artifacts. 
Apply subject matter knowledge of current and future state to assess 
impacts related to changes, offer potential solutions and evaluate 
tradeoffs. 
Partner with supporting roles such as *business SMEs, support staff*, 
sourcing staff, servicing staff, servicing operations staff and development 
or technical leads to ensure that requirements are feasible and in 
alignment with corporate standards and *long-term CRM strategy.* 
Work with Project leads and managers to plan requirements tasks, milestones 
and Level of Efforts in support of 85% confident estimates. 
Contribute to Pipeline Process and Charter/Scope formulation with goal of 
gaining understanding of project earlier in the lifecycle and improving the 
completeness and accuracy of the requirements 
Understand how to translate business requirements to a Traceability matrix 
for user management strategy of development priorities and acceptance 
planning 
*Work with PM and business SMEs to establish a staffing model for the 
ongoing work* 
Attend meetings and support any communications work being done to ensure 
consistent messages and alignment with 

*stakeholders on CRM project and changes Maintain an Issues/ Risk log and 
meet regularly with the PM to discuss *Attend team meetings to document 
minutes and review the Issues/Risks with the business 
Other tasks as assigned
