Title : Embedded Engineer Location: Madison, WI. Duration: 9 month+ - Start date = ASAP *MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: * 1. Ability to work in a fast-paced technology company on a small teams with frequent changes in priorities and assignments 2. Bachelors degree in computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent 3. Experience with Embedded Linux 4. Experience with a variety of embedded micro controllers (with and without operating systems) 5. Experience with a variety of peripherals such as Analog to Digital converters, I2C, SPI, CAN, USB host/device etc. 6. Experienced C and C++ programming using object oriented design and test driven development. *PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * 1. Familiarity with RFID and/or other radio frequency technologies 2. Familiarity with REST based web services 3. Familiarity with HTTP based push mechanisms like Web Sockets, Comet, Signal-R, Keep-Alive header, etc. 4.
