Experience of working in 24x7 Production Support model for mission critical applications Roles and responsibility ü Troubleshoot issues reported by Business on priority, and analyze the fix ü Need to interact with business users and understand how and what kind of data the business wants to see for their analysis ü Co-ordinate with offshore team and provide timely support, getting their queries resolved ü 24x7 availability for Production Support and participate in Root Cause analysis and discussions ü Should have requirement gathering experience, creating basic SDLC phase delivery documents like BRS/ SRS/ HLD etc ü Understand existing environment and business of various source systems ü Discuss reported issues directly with the user and act to resolve immediately ü Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks ü Good written and oral communication Desirable Technical / Functional Skills 1.
