Top 3 skill set 1. Understanding of DOT code of federal regulations 2. understanding of designing natural gas pipeline 3. understanding of as-built drawings of natural gas pipelines Candidates preferably with experience having worked for Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) in northern CA on their 2 year MAOP validation project.
