*Job Title: *Business Systems Analyst *Duration: *6 Months+ *Location: *Mettawa, IL *Job Description:* We need candidates with very strong BA skills and several years of experience eliciting and gathering requirements. We have just moved to an agile methodology, so I would like agile experience in a BSA role as well. Ideally would like for the candidates to have experience in financial services. Start time and end times will be dependent upon the individual's agile team but will likely be 8 am to 5 pm and Monday thru Friday. Some infrequent travel may be required. Defines solutions (requirements, designs, services, recommendations) to business/systems problems and owns the integrity of the solution through customer acceptance and final disposition of solution. Responsible for the development, maintenance, management, and delivery of technical information or documentation to the appropriate audiences in the appropriate Capital One standard formats via print and online mediums. Includes interface with management, users, and information technology professionals to create high-level conceptual solutions to business problems. Usually possesses significant knowledge in one or more business functional areas. BSA's involved in agile projects will be expected to have responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.
