Job Title:Lead ETL Developer with Oracle Warehouse Builder
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 4-6 months
Principal Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation and deployment of ETL processes to
integrate data from multiple source systems into transactional and data
warehouse systems.
Assist in logical and physical data model design (OLTP and OLAP).
Assist users with ad-hoc solutions for data requests.
Troubleshoot and monitor the nightly runs.
Technical Skills
Expertise with Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB).
Strong PL/SQL and SQL development and performance tuning skills.
Basic understanding of DOS, OMBplus, Perl, and other command line tools.
Logistical Details
Periodic travel to client sites: Washington, DC; Erie, PA;
Louisville, KY [few times/year]
Work can start almost ASAP. We have an employee resource rolling
off of this project who will provide the transition process.
We have been working with this client on multiple projects for the
last 2 years, and they continue to contract us for new work which we
deliver with the existing project team. Project should be considered a
long-term opportunity.
