New processes and tools are being introduced to the organization. Madison College needs a highly capable and effective Data, Application and Security Architect to oversee the proper design of the system's data environment and its integration with other systems and provide expert advice on implementation of data security. CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS This assignment minimally requires: (1) An in-depth ability and knowledge of data architecture and data modeling, with solid experience to effectively evaluate and design data records and data transfer/integration solutions. (2) An in-depth ability and knowledge of data security. The ability to assess data security transfer, storage and breach possibilities and to advise and establish policies, solutions and monitoring to mitigate risks. (3) Large, ERP-type implementation experience, preferably with Workday and/or PeopleSoft. (4) Willing to commit to the project timeline of about 16 months. Basic Qualifications * Strong knowledge of Data Architecture and Data Policies, Standards, Governance. * Strong knowledge of Security Architecture and Security Policies, Standards and Technologies. * Strong requirements development (facilitation) and design skills in assessing data needs and developing data models and creating solutions. * Strong Leadership abilities. * Strong data, application and integration technical skills. * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential. * Well-developed skills with Visio, MS-Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. * Experienced working in a deadline-driven environment, handling and prioritizing multiple tasks. * Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery. * Excellent conceptual, problem solving, and analytical skills. * Ability to work independently or as a member of a team on complex tasks. * Demonstrated competency in documenting solutions for both technical and functional audiences.
