*Main Accountabilities*
· Ability to manage post deployment activities, including but not
limited to:-
o *Defect Management*
§ Maintain the end to end thorough documentation for defects.
§ Specifically, work with requirement analysts to capture the complete
details and ensure it is appropriately entered and defect management tools
(ALM and Jama).
§ Works closely with the technical teams to ensure appropriate technical
details are included as well.
- *Testing*
- During each release or implementation of defects or new
requirements, performs complete testing of modules by
executing test cases
and scenarios.
- Documents the results and identifying any defects when failed.
· Work with peers in Development, Program Management and other
stakeholders to plan & prioritize the test strategy to ensure timely
delivery of high quality products.
· Effectively communicate with peers, leadership group as needed:
goals, planning process, project initiatives, results etc.
· Identify and adopt new testing methodologies, best practices, and
tools from appropriate sources, to improve test coverage
*Education and Job Experience*
· 7+ years of experience in a similar role
· Bachelors of Science in Business, Information Technology or
related discipline
· Healthcare IT experience preferred
*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities*
· Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
· Ability to work effectively with all levels of persons at an
organization
· Demonstrated ability to perform and achieve deliverables even
under pressure
· Ability to work in and adapt to different areas and functions
within the client organization
· Commitment to working as a team
Strong multi-tasking and time management capabilities
