*Need :Technical Business Analyst (Pivotal or Salesforce) Location: New York City,NY (Local Only)Duration:12 months* Must have *financial services* experience MUST HAVE *PIVOTAL OR SALESFORCE* EXPERIENCE - if candidate has both that is a huge plus. *Required Skills:* *7+ years of proven business analysis experience in Asset Management or related industry. 5+ years of Pivotal experience; Salesforce experience a plus *Thorough understanding of Pivotal capabilities and limitations Able to lead requirements elicitation workshops, work with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, moderate brainstorming sessions, etc. Experience writing specifications, e.g., business requirements, functional requirements, etc. that are clear, concise and well organized. Experience writing and executing test plans. Experience with SQL and/or navigating databases via query tool is required Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills. Able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members, and management. Ability to balance multiple priorities and shift priorities as needed. Must be comfortable working directly with the end-users to address production issues and complete project related work. Requires minimal direction and maintains ownership of tasks. Knowledge of technology and software development lifecycle is a plus.
