Excellent communication skills (working with client stakeholders at all organizational and technical levels) 5 years of experience capturing and documenting requirements *Day to Day:* This candidate will be responsible for Thunderhead NOW support including administration, design time development, run time development and execution, and general troubleshooting. *Administration:* Configuring Thunderhead services to support project needs. Administer Thunderhead services to support project needs. Setting up security and granting access to use the Diagnostics tool to configure Thunderhead servers for custom Java libraries. Develop and integrate utilities to deploy project code through the software development lifecycle *Design time development:* Using Business Content Studio to design templates, contents, layouts, and style sets Develop and integrate DocEditor and relevant Thunderhead utilities to include custom code to support he project Determining if and how to use the DocEditor to integrate with eBB, CPMS, and document repositories to manage and store work-in-progress documents. Run time development and execution: Setting up security and application PIN like access to invoke Thunderhead Web Service APIs *General troubleshooting:* Receiving errors when creating/modifying templates.
