Must have minimum 5 years experience in a functional role supporting Payroll with in-depth knowledge of end-to-end PeopleSoft Payroll, Payroll Taxes, and Tax Treaty functionality. Must have knowledge of IRS, New York State, New York City taxation rules; must have ability to perform fit/gap analysis on business processes against the state and federal regulations; must have ability to perform a system fit/gap analysis on the use of delivered PeopleSoft functionality and have the ability to recognize internal control weaknesses.
