Due to the criticality of the applications and the complexity of the projects, the project requires a PCO Manager with superior analytical and communications abilities. The PCO Manager will be working directly with senior subject matter experts, project management and system designers and developers and must possess notable technical experience. The PCO Manager must have the following experience, skills and expertise: a) A minimum of 15 years of experience performing complex analysis for IT projects. b) 10 years' experience as a Senior Project Manager facilitating process and technology changes within an organization, including projects with multiple deliverables, Managed the launch of new products and services, large-scale application development, systems integration, system enhancements, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering and IT infrastructure upgrades. a) 10 years of experience in requirements management writing functional specifications and end users documentation. b) Eight years of experience absorbing organizational strategy and working with stakeholders to identify and define priorities. c) Minimally five years of experience performing complex analysis and documenting results and proposed solutions. d) Minimally five years of experience independently managing all requirements management project activities and deliverables. e) Three years of experience working with project management to plan and manage BA project activities. f) Demonstrated success functioning in a fast-paced work environment, handling multiple priorities. g) Excellent verbal and written communication skills. h) Capability of giving attention to detail while still understanding and dealing with the global aspects of the project.
