NGTech is growing and we are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to work in our Hyderabad, India office (Off-shore) India. We seek a dynamic, high energy recruiter who can make a significant contribution to our staff augmentation and solutions business.
Job Title: Technical Recruiter Location: Secunderabad (PG. Road, Sindhi Colony - very close to Paradise Hotel) Duration: Full-Time Permanent Start Date: ASAP # of Openings: 3-5 Work Time: Night Shift (7PM to 4AM) IST Required Skills: * 2+ years of technical, Information Technology (IT) recruiting experience with proven track record * Quick learner and self-starter. * Conduct full-cycle contract and Permanent recruiting for client to include Information Technology (SAP, Oracle, Java, etc, etc,) professionals. * Recent experience in US IT recruiting firms is a MUST for this position * Strong communication, time management, prioritization, and organization skills * Expertise with internet sourcing methods * Proficiency in MS Office Suite * Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting/sourcing experience Key Characteristics: * Excellent, demonstrative oral and written communication skills * Solid business and human resource acumen coupled with an ability to understand technology requirements quickly * Good business sense, including an understanding of industry trends * Strong evaluation and negotiation skills * Demonstrative drive, ambition, and self-motivation * Selected candidate will be working at our office in India -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
