*IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT- ENTERPRISE PROJECT MANAGER - DIRECT CLIENT* Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager Location : Columbia, SC Duration : 3months
The project scope includes assisting South Carolina Division of Technology, through program / project management, in the successful implementation and deployment of a number of new technologies that are mandated to be implemented across the State's departments and agencies as part of the statewide information security program. The Infosec elements to be implemented include: laptop whole disk encryption, two-factor authentication for VPN, security information and event management, data discovery and classification, desktop patch management and privileged user management. Managing multiple, parallel Infosec efforts will require a well-defined program and governance approach for the Project Definition, Design, Implementation, Configuration, Testing, Pilot, Training, Operational Readiness, and Communication phases to ensure not only the success of each initiative, but that also separate initiatives do not conflict or break other Infosec and non-Infosec initiatives. This project management assistance would include, but is not limited to: * Assisting with project planning, project execution and risk management * Monitoring project progress/status (scope/risk management, schedule, budget, quality) * Reviewing the Integrator / Vendor project planning documents and associated deliverables * Performing quality review of draft deliverables (in-progress and final) and providing comments for improvements where necessary * Ensuring the transfer of functional and system implementation and operations knowledge from the Integrator / Vendor to DSIT Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or job experience in related area Microsoft Project 2010 Yes 5 Lead Within 6 Months 4 - 6 Years Management Yes 5 Lead Within 6 Months 4 - 6 Years Additional Skills: Preferred: Manage Multiple IT Security Projects; Preferred PMI Certification = PMP or CAPM -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
