*Job Title: Sr .Net DeveloperLocation: Duluth, GADuration: 05+ months* *Job Description: * The selected Sr. Developer will be a leader in the design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems. Additional responsibilities will include: - Taking the lead to develop the technical design for large projects. Defines effort and timelines; analyzes and estimates feasibility, cost, time, and compatibility with hardware and other programs. Ensures that expected application performance levels are achieved. - Leads the coding/configuration, testing, implementation and documentation of solution. Develops detailed design specifications. - Performs complex applications programming activities. Code, tests, debug, documents, maintain, and modifies complex applications programs. - Establishes systems to monitor the operating efficiency of existing application systems and provides (or arranges for) proactive maintenance. - Leads the resolution of customer inquiries. - Serves as a coach and mentor to more junior developers. Delegates tasks as appropriate. - Leads the development phase of large projects, making work assignments and holding staff accountable. - Oversees the selection of tools and methodologies for projects. - Commits to overall deliverables with customers and/or management. - Supports the evaluation and recommendation of new technical directions and approaches to senior MST management. - Other duties as assigned.
