The Project Analyst will provide detailed data analysis and trending for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as but not limited to: network and device availability, total tickets by customer, Mean Time to Detect (MTTD), Mean Time to Notify (MTTN), and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Through analysis of data, identify potential chronic problems and capacity related issues. Job duties include: Job Requirements: Min 3 yrs related experience, preferably in Network Operations.
