------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job Profile: SUMMARY The Sr .NET Developer/Lead will develop solutions and provide technical leadership in the .NET development platform. Provide input into the design and architecture of the solutions as required. Mentor other development staff as necessary to ensure quality solutions. Engage and support the Project Management Office as needed. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES As a Senior member of the team you may be managing tasks assigned to other members within the team. • Ability to lead complex initiatives and project teams. • Ability to communicate topics and concepts to the web team and a diverse audience. • Ability to handle multiple overlapping projects and competing deadlines within the web team. • Strong time management, attention to detail and communications skills with the web team. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • 10+ years of experience in designing and developing software solutions using Microsoft technologies • 5+ years of hands on experience in .Net technologies including 3.5 and 4.0 versions, ASP.Net, C#, WCF, Web Services, LINQ, Visual Studio 2008/2010, TFS • Experience in database design, SQL Server 2005/2008, TSQL • Proven experience in designing and building high volume data driven applications • Strong desire to mentor other team members • Demonstrably strong skills in object oriented design, patterns and programming • Proficiency with unit and integration testing of code • Excellent written, verbal, team and presentation skills EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Four (4) year degree, advanced degree preferred.
