We are actively looking for a talented *Oracle Identity and Access
Management Practice Manager/Director *to join our growing Oracle
Middleware/Fusion practice team. This key role will be an integral part of
our national Oracle Middleware/Fusion team in developing and implementing
IDM/IAM/SSO solutions and integrating them with Oracle EBS and other third
party software in enterprise environments. This is a full-time salaried
consulting position.
The ideal candidate will have done this before and can anticipate what
needs to be done rather than be instructed. The position will need a
leader who can adapt, has a can-do attitude, and is comfortable working in
a very fast-pace, enriching environment.
*What you will do:*
- Responsible for the overall development of strategic/marketing plans
for assigned practice area as well as assist with pre-sales and all sales
activities including the development of proposals, generate revenue on
assignments and develop and improve AST's process and infrastructure.
- Will participate in the interviewing/hiring of consultants and growing
the assigned practice area as well as participating in professional
organizations and performing public speaking and writing on topics relating
to Oracle IDM.
- Responsible for managing a project team from all phases of a project
- Manage project budget and keep deadlines
- Responsible for managing AST's Oracle IDM projects.
- Will be required to lead implementation/upgrade projects and be
responsible for client relations.
- Must have strong hands-on experience as well as leading the team.
- Travel to interesting places in the continental U.S.

Job Requirements:
*What we are looking for:*
- 5+ years of senior level Identify Management experience in managing &
architecting solutions and implementing Oracle IDM's suite such as:

- Oracle Identity Manager Design & Implementation
- Oracle Access Manager Design & Implementation
- Oracle Role Manager Design & Implementation
- Oracle Identity Analytics Design & Implementation
- Single Sign-On Design & Implementation
- Creating High Level and Detailed Design
- Defining Schema OID & OVD
- Data Integration and Migration
- Oracle IDM integration with E-Business Suite, WebCenter
- Strong LDAP/AD integration
- 4-year Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)
- Must have a proven ability to keep abreast of new trends and
techniques, have experience in analyzing requirements key to identifying a
solution, experience in the development of technical architectures and
experience in estimation of individual efforts as well as effort of others.
- Experience in interacting with clients during sales and delivery
cycles, exposure to all aspects of current consulting practices (marketing,
sales, delivery and support) and outside recognition as an expert are
preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong leadership
and motivational skills are a must and experience in public speaking is
preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, Microsoft Project
- Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude

- CISSP Certification (optional)
