The flexibility, as a member of Scrum Development, to take on blended roles as needed, going beyond traditional analysis and testing. Required: an aptitude for the "Agile mindset", including a focus on adaptability and resiliency in translating regular, rigorous feedback from the customer into bi-weekly revisions of the application solution.
