*PPm Tool & Process Consultant*

*Client is doing a pilot project with Clarity impacting 75 users . *

*Need someone who has done implementations from scratch *

*PM skills are light . *

*They want someone who can configure , implement , do functional
administration , and train ( one on one ) with Clarity *

*CCAPA  is the training module for Clarity *

*Candidate will help migrate data over from Project server to Clarity *

*First few months will be to learn the Client processes . The candidate
will then marry the processes to Clarity . *

*Technical capabilities will be important *

*Excellent  communication skills *


























* REQUIREMENTS • Both project management capability as well as technical
(Clarity configuration & implementation) capability BACKGROUND • Work with
ca Technologies to configure and implement Clarity as per Client processes
• Provide data migration support when transferring projects from current
PPM tool to Clarity • Perform Functional Administration such as adding
users, set up projects, approve projects, manage expense plans etc •
Perform Initial set up in Clarity for resource management • Provide support
for project teams and finance teams on any duplication of effort during the
pilot • Provide first level user support; Follow through with ca support
team to resolve items that are escalated to ca • Develop CAPA contents as
per ascena configuration within Clarity • Develop training materials as per
ascena configuration externally through Powerpoint, Visio, Word etc as
needed • Develop Process Charts, FAQs etc as needed • Perform one on one
training on Clarity and Portfolio Management processes, when new resources
join the pilot teams • Plan, Track and Report the Clarity implementation
activities working with ca Project Manager • Other duties as assigned CORE
SKILL SETS • Proven Expertise & Experience in configuring, implementing and
administering ca’s Clarity (PPM tool) for an organization • Excellent
skills with Microsoft products such as Powerpoint, Visio, Excel etc • Good
communication skills – May have to interact with resources across United
States • Creation of training presentations and training delivery • Sound
Understanding of Project Management discipline (PMP is preferred, not
required) ENVIRONMENT • Rapidly changing environment from a people,
process, and tools perspective PERSONALITY PROFILE • Persistence to work
independently • Most importantly, a Positive Attitude*
