Soft skills are a must as this person will have daily interactions with the LOB in ensuring proper processes are followed for production support and development enhancement requests. Candidate must possess the skill set of a Systems Analyst to create technical design and functional specification documentation as needed. Due to constant business interaction, candidate must work onsite in Columbia, MD. Additional Job Details: Prior Wells Fargo experience preferred. The SPS Small Business Administration is in need of a dynamic and highly experienced Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Systems Analysis. Must have outstanding customer collaboration and leadership skills. Strong analysis skills are needed to understand and define business problems and work with internal distributed and mainframe application developers to define short term patch and long term root cause solutions with limited pre-existing business and/or technology documentation. Will lead the effort to further define, document and strictly enforce process controls starting with problem identification through solution implementation. Must be competent with MS Visio and/or other documentation tools and familiar with distributed and mainframe technologies to include .NET, Cold Fusion, SQL, COBOL, VSAM.
