Improves the quality of the operational environment by reducing or eliminating unplanned outages, defects, problems and increasing reliability, availability and performance Writing and executing effective test and implementation plans for middletier system resiliency to ensure quality and stability Creating request for change assigned implementations and managing the change process Verifying the success of implementations and changes Supporting assigned programs through turnover.
