As a member of IVR team this individual will perform programming, unit
testing, and deployment for complex Java-based applications.
Developer must be well versed with Interactive voice response (IVR)
systems.
The primary focus of this position is to produce high-quality *IVR
applications* using *Java* and related technologies.
*Responsibilities *• Individual contributor role - fully competent to work
under general direction on the most complex projects, often on multiple
phases, and seeks guidance and direction from more senior associates or
manager, as needed.
• Develops, enhance, debugs, supports, maintain and tests software
applications that support business units or supporting functions.
• Following established written procedures, guidelines and techniques,
develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains, and debugs software
applications that support business units or support functions.
*Requirements **Mandatory skills*
• Hands on development in *Core Java*, *J2ee*
• Should have worked on Presentation layers, web services and
*XML *• Hands on with IVR development - *VXML*, *CCXML*, *ASR* and
*TTS *• Experience working on
*Oracle database *• Tools used *SVN* and *HP Quality Center*
•* Nuance Development Framework*
*Desirable skills *• Work experience related to Banking
domain
