Title: SQL Server Developer posted on 2014-06-11 20:49:42 Job Description:*Position: SQL Server Developer* *Location: Philadelphia, PA* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Rate: $45/hr W2 or $50/hr C2C * Job Requirements: *The resource will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following*: • Analyzing, designing, and developing code for SQL Server and Oracle, as needed • Creating integration components in the form of stored procedures and/or SSIS packages • Working with the development teams to support .NET based web applications *Requirements/Skills Needed:* • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 8 years of application work exp with at least 5+ years of experience as a Database Developer with Microsoft SQL Server 2005. • Strong SQL skills including query optimization, stored procedures, views, and triggers. • Must have strong attention to detail and experience producing high quality structured SQL code. • Strong knowledge of data manipulation using stored procedures and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). • Experience dealing with large scale systems. • Experience with Oracle 9.x+ is a plus. • Experience with Oracle SQL Developer or SQL Plus tools are plus. • Experience with web services, WSDL, Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), XML, XSD, AJAX is a plus. • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Strong communication skills, in both technical and business terms.
