The position is for a *Technical Program Manager* who will be responsible for Planning, communication and delivering project or executing changes requested by the ISM team. *Roles and Responsibilities:* • Accountable for delivery & quality of service from Vendor team and handle their escalations as needed. • Responsible for Scheduling, Reporting and handling Customer requests. • Plan, coordinate and drive the execution of infra projects/change. • Collaborating with internal teams such as GCO, SQLOPS, Capacity and manageability (SCCM) & others to execute projects/ changes. • Troubleshooting and help resolve issues occurred during change implementation. • Responsible for managing shift schedules and work load prioritization for vendor team members. • Providing consistent reporting on vendor execution. • Work towards quality and process improvements/automation within team and follow org’s process, Policies and strategies. • Responsible for onboarding/ knowledge transfer to new members in the vendor team.
