The hiring manager pays attention on: Front-end web development UX design and development (their understanding of end users, ability to write UX code and make UX decisions, etc.) Strong JavaScript (knowledge of a variety of JS libraries) HTML data binding TypeScript (as a plus) Strong HTML and CSS Social media websites (large-scale) Microsoft experience (as a plus) Localization and search engine optimization (as a plus) Creativity Profiles Responsibilities: Deliver highly effective user-centered UX designs; Building and modifying web pages to support more than hundred different languages for all localization issues; Apply full understanding of web standards, accessibility and usability techniques to all designs; Implement HTML/CSS/JavaScript technologies to write efficient UX code; Improving the visibility of websites by using Search Engine Optimization skills.
