Detailed functional and process knowledge. Utilize deep modeling, design and coding skills. Apply extensive knowledge in Project Management and all phases of Software Development Lifecycle. Develop and maintain detailed system documentation. Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the Application Team. Develop contingency plans as necessary. Provide Status Reports to Manager. Excellent troubleshooting skill including, but not limited to, technical issues and business process related issues. Excellent client communication skills including customer service. Candidate should be able to work in a team environment or independently May serve as a Technical Lead to the Team.
