Minimum of 8years experience creating and implementing change management strategies for systems as well as non-systems implementations in large organizations. Specific experience in the following areas is required: Organizational change management for large scale Technology/ Process Transformations Business Transformation implementations ( with emphasis on systems as well as process change elements) Communication plans implementation Organizational Development Project management and strategic planning Assessment and metrics Excellent consulting skills, including ability to establish trust and rapport with key stakeholders, identify underlying needs and develop sustainable solutions.
