This role is responsible for the definitions of business process based application requirements. Job Duties/Responsibilities: • Determines requirements using business analysis, interviews, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, etc. • Composes detailed and comprehensive requirements and design documentation according to agreed upon schedule and using a standardized template • Ensures that business requirements, package selection business requirements, and IT requirements are within business project scope • Collaborates with business and teammates in requirements prioritization and requirements review meetings to ensure that the requirements are interpreted correctly. • Identifies users, documenting user characteristics, identifying appropriate representatives or systems for each user and determining their responsibilities and how they interact. • Reviews quality assurance and technical documentation to ensure they meet the business requirements • Leads requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, concise, comprehensive, feasible, and verifiable and that they conform to standards. • Determines & represents requirements using additional methods including leading requirements workshops, performing competitive analysis, etc. • Promotes adherence to processes, uses tools and produces artifacts appropriate to the standard methodology • Leads requirements prioritization and requirements review meetings to ensure that the requirements are interpreted correctly. • Leads analysis for changes affecting the business requirements • Facilitates resolution of issues pertaining to business requirements • Develop thorough knowledge to understand the functional and hierarchical dependencies that affect mission-critical and production environments Education Experience: Bachelor's Level Degree Years of Related Experience: "• 4-7 Years prior experience in BA role or another technical or analysis role " License/Certificate Required: No Driver's License Required: No Travel Requirements: None Age Requirement: 18+ Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Systems, or Related Business • Experience in business process analysis, design & documentation • Understanding of the software development lifecycle • Knowledge of IT Industry trends and technologies • Demonstrated ability to provide honest, constructive, factual feedback • Solid written and oral communication skills.
