Can trouble shoot issues independently, can work with project team directly without guidance from others. Available for on call escalations and advanced break fix problems and problem management. Facilitates and coordinates release management process and adherence to it. Participates in major problem reviews, initiates requests for change and ensures compliance with operational and security policies *Primary Skills/Must Have:* SQL Server Administration - Mid-Level Expertise [Replication, Mirroring, Performance Tuning etc. Experience in Application Change/Release management.
