They are looking for *Performance Test Engineer *for Full time role. *Job Description: * • Minimum 6+ yrs. of Load Runner hands on exp mandatory • Gather and analyze system specifications, production systems, and business requirements for full understanding of the business processes to create and maintain flexible and reliable Test Plans, Test Scripts, and Test Scenarios • Hands-on experience on performance testing tools like Load Runner, Performance Center etc • Experience in Test planning, workload modelling & scenario preparation • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Should have good analytical skills • Must be able to work with many different protocols, systems/equipment monitoring, troubleshooting errors and understanding transaction failures. • Experience in Monitoring tools like Introscope, Sitescope. etc • Analysis of performance-related issues and recommendations for resolution • In depth knowledge of architectures and technologies as they relate to performance testing • Adept at leading meetings and explaining rationale behind QA standards and application performance.
