Create or assist others in the writing of user documentation, instructions, and procedures Monitor and document post-implementation problems and revision requests Coordinate the implementation of technological functions to customer's specifications Analyze existing systems to determine more efficient processing methods Develop and analyze business performance reports (e.g. for claims data, provider data, utilization data) and provide notations of performance deviations and anomalies Provide analytic consultation to other business areas, leadership and external customers Gather requirements from the user and prepared functional specifications along with data flow and UML diagrams Develop variation matrices based on the template provided by the Subject Matter Experts Quality Analysis of the Trizetto Facets application for Claims processing and billing modules. Gather and document requirements related to a system enhancement for COB claims Minimum two years analytical and data processing experience, IT experience preferred.
