Immediate Need For Business Analyst HealthCare - Interview And Start ASAP!! Job Title: Business Analyst HealthCare Location: Orlando, FL *(Local to FL)* Duration: 6-12 Months Job Responsibilities: seeking a Business Analyst for a four month contracting assignment. Candidates must be highly articulate and have well developed writing skills. The candidate should have four – five years of professional experience as a business analyst. Candidates should be able to demonstrate understanding of the difference between business requirements and technical solutions; and maintain awareness of best practices/approaches related to quality and productivity (e.g., Process improvement, DMAIC, DMADV Lean, ITIL). Responsibilities may include: Conduct current state analysis to gather current business, functional and non-functional requirements and constraints (i.e., "as-is" state) Document future state using appropriate tools/processes (e.g., "to-be" process maps) Define desired future state requirements based on input from all applicable stakeholders Gather information needed for the definition of requirements (e.g., business use cases, user stories) Facilitate all needed requirements-gathering activities (e.g., meetings, workshops, JAD sessions) Develop business context diagrams (e.g., business data flows, process flows) to analyze/confirm the definition of project requirements Collaborate with team members to create detailed requirements documents (e.g., PRDs, Requirements Specifications, assumptions and constraints, VFQs, user stories) Support, contribute to and/or facilitate the identification/prioritization of business/process solutions (e.g., analysis tools, solutioning discussions, solution selection matrix, use case development) Partner with applicable stakeholders to identify the operational impact of changes within defined solutions (e.g., changes to policies/processes/procedures, compliance with applicable legal/regulatory requirements, additional requirements) Seek opportunities to improve operating efficiencies/effectiveness (e.g., downstream impacts, role/responsibility realignment, enhanced business value) Conduct and/or support testing activities, as appropriate (e.g., production testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, production validation, compliance with test scenarios) Provide ongoing support to ensure proper implementation and adoption of the solution (e.g., post-deployment support, definition/monitoring of control plans) May assist in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs (e.g., Six Sigma, LEAN, ITIL) May direct design, facilitation, training and evaluation of TQM incentive programs and may oversee quality improvement projects and teams. *Regard:Arnav Singh - Sr. IT Recruiter* *Work: 201-855-0253Cell: 609-388-1604ar...@itbtalent.com <ar...@itbtalent.com>arnavsing...@gmail.com <arnavsing...@gmail.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP or Oracle Financials" group.
