Dear Partners/Vendors This is Krishna from Sure IT Inc,We have an Urgent Requirement for the position of System Analyst in the location West Coast for 6 Months+,Appreciate if you could respond to me ASAP Along with your Consultant Updated profile, Availability and Expected rate ASAP Position: System Analyst Duration: 6 Months Location: West Coast Job Description: Work with Business customers to clarify business requirements, map them to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions. Convert client requirements into technical terms for the development team, and advise clients on resource requirements, scope, budgets, and timing. Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teams. Work on several projects simultaneously in teams with other Systems Analysts and developers. Qualification and Experience You should possess a Bachelor's degree with more than three years experience, or a Master's degree with more than two years experience. The degree should be in Business, Information Technology or Finance. Additional qualifications include: Ability to thoroughly understand the customer's business processes and the system functionality to design improved business processes, make data quality designs and perform the required enhancements to the system Ability to deliver all testing-related deliverables as defined by Client test methodology (unit, functional, consolidated, stress and day one) Ability to effectively document all designs and functionality to enable the production support organization to support the application post implementation Understanding the application of software development life cycle Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to understand and communicate design issues to users and stakeholders Needs to be an excellent listener, excellent written and verbal communication skills and an effective facilitator Ability to design, configure, test and deliver functionality to support business capability roadmap Experience in one or more of the following: Experience working on .NET applications with SQL database is a plus Experience with EDW data and Microstrategy reporting is a plus Experience with security controls and design is a plus (SQL and .NET security) Manufacturing flow knowledge is a plus (manufacturing systems: Workstream, MES300, MARS, CIBR, EATS). Financial and/or cost accounting experience is a plus (scope includes: actual product costing, reserves, FIFO inventory valuation, financial statement preparation) Note: Up to 20% travel maybe required.
