Critical Skills required: Caliber RM and Quality Center High Level Job Description: Analyzes business and technical requirements, develops test plans and scripts. Performs system testing, load/stress testing, integration testing, and may assist with user acceptance testing and unit testing. Performs regression testing when the environment changes. Tests the security of applications and documents test results. May design and create test data sets. Capable of performing effectively in a team, or alone and unsupervised. Communicates effectively with team members and management. 6 - 8 years of experience . Job Description: The candidate should have about 5-7 years experience as BA and should be well-versed with experienced with the following activities. Directly interfacing with the client and gathering requirements. • Documenting business requirements, use cases and functional software specification • Liason with technical development team to clarify requirements • Writing test plans/cases/scripts and documenting acceptance test results • Entering and processing change requests for enhancements and bug fixes • Providing time estimates for various work products • Interfacing with project management, development, technical support, as needed • Training customers and other staff members in new features as required • Documenting training and user manuals • Supporting sales engagements with subject matter expertise as requiredSkill Requirements: • Ability to work well in team environment and on individual task assignments • Working knowledge of the full software development lifecycle and QA processes • Experience in documentation of business requirements, analyses, and functional software specification • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision • Must be comfortable working under time commitments and concurrent assignments on multiple projects. • Expertise with requirements gathering and testing tools such as Caliber RM and Quality Center Skill SetsRequired: Mercury, Software, Web, Windows Required Qualifications There is no travel required This ia a general Business Systems Analyst in IT.
