Preparing complex technical reports as and when needed. 4. The ability to influence people to get things done without direct reporting. 5. Negotiation skills, dealing with conflict situations as and when needed. 6. PMP certification, PgMP is good… 7. Knowledge and experience in Oracle Technologies in Life Sciences space such as : Siebel CTMS, Oracle LSH, Siebel eClinical, Argus, Phase Forward etc.. is key 8.
