Also estimate each module and plan the deliverable based on the priority and get approval from client. *Technical Skill*: Java, J2EE, Spring IOC, Flex and WebService *Good to have*: CA and RSI exposure. *Role#2* *Role Title *: J2EE Middleware developer *Skills Required *: Java,J2EE, Web Service(Apache Axis, SOAP, XML) and MQ (preferred) *Role Description *: Developer to participate in the requirement meeting with BA to understand business and create the Technical Design spec from Business requirement and develop, Unit Testing using the EMS framework (Inhouse developed framework using J2EE, XML and Web Service). Participate in Defect Triage call to resolve the defect and help BA to research the defect. *Good to have Skills*: Mainframe, MQ *Role#3* *Role Title:* Middleware Application Architect. *Role Description:* Resource to work with Client Architect to understand the existing Architecture of the application and work on the new Architecture change in the application such as framework change, infrastructure change, etc. Get the design approach reviewed by client architect and create the POC to demonstrate the architecture. *Technology* : J2EE, MQ, WSDL/SOAP, AXIS and XML.
