•   Sr. QA Analyst/Manager interacts with LP team to understand projects
and provide a QA plan which will include:  estimate, duration, approach, &
resource skill set (incl. automation opportunities)

•   Interacts on a daily basis with the offshore QA Manager to ensure
teststrategy, cases, scripts, & execution is performed

•   Establishes & manages defect tracking & resolution process

•   Performs resource planning/ forecasting & performance measurement;
provides process improvement & QA strategy recommendations

•   Owns engagement of LP QA & other IT or business resources
Engages in high level design sessions. Interacts w/LP assigned Engagement
