Minimum 8 years test analysis and testing experience 2. Strong analysis skills and excellent communication 3. Able to identify ambiguities in requirement analysis 4. Create test scenarios and test cases and upload into HP ALM 5. Map test scenarios/cases to business requirements using HP ALM 6. Condition and maintain test data 7. POS testing experience 8. Good experience in defect management in ALM 9. Experience with Unix and Windows OS 10. Experience with any Pharmacy application (preferably PDX or EPS) 11. Experience with POS system 12. Very good understanding of testing concepts, processes and methodologies 13. Co-ordinate with multiple teams effectively for getting clarifications 14. Strong understanding of database concepts and experience in database testing 15. Capable of understanding data models and coming up with test scenarios and strategy 16. Should be able to write complex database queries and mentor junior members in database testing 17. Hands-on experience in developing automation framework desirable 18.
