Candidate should have genuine, real time hands-on experience administrating complex mutli GB Teradata environment. Deep understanding of Teradata Database and its administration, specifically performance tuning. Should have prior production support experience Deep interest in business issues and proven ability to articulate and design IT capabilities to address business needs Excellent consulting, technical and problem solving skills, experience in influencing change People management skills, experience in setting up effective teams for large projects, managing, coaching and mentoring people Finance Industry experience is preferred Possess excellent communication skills Masters/Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
