The successful candidate will primarily be supporting the Storage Refresh project, but may also be providing support to critical projects as needed (e.g. GBDS). The primary responsibility of this position is as a *technical support SME for NAS storage refresh activities* in in a complex environment. The environment contains multiple platforms of NetApp hardware & software, as well as other infrastructure products. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ongoing improvement of processes and applying best practices for the environment - and for storage refresh.
