Location:NE Duration:6 mths C2C Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, and support of SAP HCM Benefits module • Gather and analyze business requirements from business stakeholders and map to solutions in SAP system • Extensive Experience in documenting Functional Specification and configuration documents • Experience in performing unit, regression, integration testing and assisting the business users for performing acceptance and quality assurance testing • Strong configuration experience in defining benefit area, Health Plans, Insurance Plans, COBRA and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). • Knowledge in defining Benefits providers and assignment to vendors • Experience in defining the program groupings (BENGR and BSTAT), Employee eligibility grouping (ELIGR) for the benefit plans, the participation termination grouping for the employees (TRMTY). • Ability to configure default and automatic plans based on business requirements • Define Cost Variants and Cost Rules for the various health plans and assign health plan attributes • Defined Cost variants and Cost rules for the various insurance plans and assigned insurance plan attributes. • Familiarity in configuration of 401K savings plan general data and assign insurance code to transfer participation data for plan to a provider • Define and configure employee contribution variants and Rules for the savings plans • Configuration of FSA general data, Employee Contribution variants, rules, and Spending Account claim types • Assist business users in End-to-End testing, user training and defect closures • Interacting with vendors & benefit administrators to ensure accuracy of data flow • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good analytical/problem solving skills best way to reach me is through mail: *chris at tekwissen.com* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP Resource Center" group.
