The person needs to have strong *CalWin* experience, preferably recent. *Description:* *CalWIN Support Analysts *for our premier direct client in the Sacramento, California area. This is a six (6) month contract (Possible Extension) with a tentative start date of mid to late October 2013.. *The CalWIN Support Analyst will:* - Research and resolve complex issues encountered by CalWIN eligibility system users while working within the CalWIN system. Reduce backlog of unresolved CalWIN issues. - Validate resolutions as they are received from the CalWIN vendor. - Send written step by step resolutions to CalWIN system users. - Log into user terminals to assist users perform step by step transactions on complex CalWIN resolutions. *Required:* - Hands on experience supporting* Medi-cal and or CalFRESH* benefit programs - *In-depth knowledge of the CalWIN eligibility system is required* - Extensive experience using MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. - Experience using Help Desk Ticketing Software. *Job Summary:* ยท *TheCalWIN Support Analyst will resolve Medi-Cal and CalFRESH issues encountered by CalWIN eligibility system users.* - Medi-Cal and CalFRESH benefit programs are extremely complicated and require in-depth knowledge of each program as well as interfacing welfare programs and regulations. - This position will work directly with CalWIN users to insure client cases are whole and functioning correctly. - This position will also work to enhance the user knowledge and experience when using the CalWIN eligibility system to administer Medi-Cal and/or CalFRESH benefits. *Desired:* In addition topossessing in-depth knowledge with CalWIN eligibility system,*in-depth knowledge and experience implementing program regulations for Medi-Cal and/or CalFRESH is HIGHLY DESIRED* *Thanks & Regards,*** *Davis*** Technical Recruiter* *** *Addon Technologies, Inc.* *17197 N.
