Understanding of testing tools Knowledge of Cortisone Business Rules Management System, Oracle Business Process Management Tool set, Service Oriented Architecture would be a plus, but not required. Experience with CMS, Medicaid, Federal and State Healthcare Government, or healthcare subject matter expertise would be a plus.
