*Position : Performance Tester/Lead Location : Rosemont, IL Duration : 6 -12 Months* JD: Overview of JD given below Should have previous experience worked in onsite-offshore model, should possess good collaboration skill and task management with offshore. Should possess vast experience in Performance testing using HP Loadrunner tool and Performance center . Should have strong Programming skills using wide variety of protocols through HP Loadrunner tool! Strong in Analysis of Non-Functional Performance Requirement and Estimations. Exposure in HP ALM Quality Center test management tool is a must. Good exposure in Agile Testing process. Should be able to manage both lead role and hands-on from onsite. Retail domain exposure is a plus.
