*6+months* *Rate: $100/hr on c2c/1099 all inc.* Job Purpose: Responsible for the design, architecture, and implementation of PRPC based solutions across client, partner or Pega led projects. Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements. Key Result Areas: Provides thought-leadership to fellow team members and the client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements. This includes scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT and production deployment. Have an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features. Ensures delivered solutions are realized in time frame committed. Works in conjunction with Engagement Leader to size, manage scope and risk. Acts as the mentor to all team members on their assigned project tasks. Provides technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of an issue, including the determination and provision of workaround solution or escalation to GCS and/or Product engineering. Participates in the development of additional consulting opportunities within the customer base. Minimum Level of Education/Experience: Typically requires BS Degree with 7 years of experience, or Masters Degree with 4 years of experience (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering). Experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large scale Java centric enterprise application systems. Work as part of a project team, to ensure that the business functions of the delivered solution matches customer requirements. Has business knowledge in one of the following domains; financial services (retail or wholesale banking), insurance, healthcare or CRM. Key Result Areas: Compile and maintenance of the Conception/Elaboration/Use Case documentation. Develop high quality deliverables across all project phases (Scope through UAT support). Ensures delivered work product meet/perform to functional requirements by serving as a testing resource in both unit and user acceptance testing phases. Have a basic understanding of the PRPC methodology and the main features of PRPC; their features and limitations. Complete work in time / effort budget. Provide proactive update to Engagement Leader if timelines or effort estimate are in jeopardy. Provides regular updates to Engagement Leader on project progress and outstanding issues.
