You will be doing monitoring for the entire firm on all platforms. You will be honoring request from customers (internal employees) and consuming the services. You will be working on automated solutions and one on one solutions. You will be driving operations and maintaining systems. You will be assisting with the development implementation of Microsoft products. You will be using either SCOM, Service Manager, Orchestrator (Run Book or Opalis), or Configuration Manger . You will be leading teams of architects to align cross-functional and cross LOB projects to Target State Architecture. You will be managing LOB-wide Total Cost of Ownership for projects and for Target State. You will work with business leaders to create Conceptual Architectures that align business needs with Target State Architecture. You will be creating Target State Architectures that accommodate strategies across the client. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members. You will be required to be an expert in application data and infrastructure architecture disciples. You will also be required to be an expert in architecture and design across all systems of LOB.
