*The SR SharePoint DEVELOPER must have demonstrated experience with the
requirement analysis, solution design and solution development in
SharePoint 2010 and 2013 to meet customer needs. *

*The candidate should also have experience with creation, optimization, and
maintenance of SharePoint 2010 and 2013 Farms*.

The successful candidate should be confident interacting with all levels of
government to gather requirements, produce designs, provide estimates for
Level of Effort, make design decision, configure working prototypes, and
implement solutions.

It is imperative that the candidate be able to translate high-level
business requirements into specific designs and create the necessary
documentation.

The SharePoint Developer must be able to prioritize work on multiple
projects and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:*

*- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of overall IT experience*

*- 3 - 5 years with SharePoint 2007/2010/2013*

*- 3 - 5 years with:*



§ Content Management

§ Custom Content Types

§ SharePoint web-parts

§ data view web-parts

§ dashboards



SECURITY CLEARANCE: All candidates for consideration must be eligible to
obtain a US public trust clearance.



*REQUIRED SKILLS:*

*- Critical thinking, problem solving, and the ability to work in a team
setting*

- Ability to interact with customer and analyzed customer needs to develop
technical requirements

- Capability to make design decision to meet customer requirement.

- Ability to design and develop solutions and troubleshoots any defects in
the solution.

- Ability to analyzed customize search results and patterns

- Understanding of client side development, custom workflows – ability to
deploy across site collections.

*- Ability to decipher event logs and troubleshoot issues*

*- Experience with: MOSS/SharePoint 2010/2013; managing permissions;
SharePoint Designer 2010; InfoPath 2010 (custom workflows); and PowerShell.*

*- SharePoint (2007, 2010, 2013); InfoPath; IIS; .NET; MS SQL Server;
PowerShell; Windows Server; SharePoint Search (configuration,
customization, and GUI interfaces)*



*DESIRED SKILLS:*

*- Federal consulting experience*

*- Office 365; Crystal reports, SQL and Oracle*

*- Experience in Plumtree Portal Administration*
- Firm grasp of Visual Studio and deploying packages to existing site
collections and/or sandbox solutions.
