*QA LeadLocation: Fort Worth, TX* *Duration: 6+* *Interview mode: phone then F2F* *Description* *Successful candidates will: * *• Lead the QA team comprising of onshore and offshore resources. * *• Participate in agile and scrum meetings and plan, manage the test requirements, testing and establish QA process for a major project. * • Work with and communicate effectively with various business oriented and technical client and contractor team members, including adapting to varied personality types and work styles. • Develop a strong understanding of the underlying business processes and system data. • Define and assist with User Acceptance Testing. • Working with business partners to validate testing artifacts and co-ordinate the test planning. • Work with large volumes of data. • *Manipulate data across multiple systems to meet testing requirements and troubleshoot data issues. * *• Build and perform Test Cases and document results. * *• Provide technical support during software installation or configuration. * • Conduct historical analysis of test results. • Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers. • Monitor bug resolution efforts and track progress. • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions. • Perform complex analysis of trackside detector data. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves system problems. *Required Qualifications: * *• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and/or eight or more years of equivalent on the job experience. * *• 5+ years testing real-time, event driven systems. * • 5+ years Linux/Unix environment (Terminal, Scripting, etc.). • 5+ years SQL. *• 5+ years testing Java/Stored Procedures based applications. * *• 5+ years enterprise testing/defect management tools * *Preferred Qualifications: * *• 2+ years transportation related experience. * • 2+ years of business rule / complex event processing engines experience • Self-motivated, problem solver with strong technical background. • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills. • Good communication skills to work with business, vendors and technical teams.
